BLU SPIRIT LLC provides auto shipping services for the transport of vehicles from one location to another. Our services include arranging for the transportation of vehicles via third-party carriers.
4. Quotes and Payment
All quotes provided by BLU SPIRIT LLC are estimates based on the information provided by the customer.
Final charges may vary based on the actual services provided, and any changes or modifications to the shipping order.
Full payment must be made prior to the shipment of the vehicle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified by BLU SPIRIT LLC.
5. Scheduling and Delivery
Scheduling of pickup and delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
BLU SPIRIT LLC will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed schedule but is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road conditions, mechanical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Preparation of Vehicle
The customer is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport, including removing all personal belongings, securing any loose parts, and ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition.
BLU SPIRIT LLC is not responsible for any damage caused by items left in the vehicle.
7. Insurance and Liability
Carriers contracted by BLU SPIRIT LLC are required to carry liability and cargo insurance.
BLU SPIRIT LLC's liability is limited to the amount covered by the carrier's insurance policy.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any additional insurance coverage if desired.
8. Inspection and Claims
A pre-shipment inspection report will be completed at the time of pickup and delivery.
The customer must inspect the vehicle upon delivery and note any damages on the inspection report.
Any claims for damages must be submitted in writing to BLU SPIRIT LLC within 7 days of delivery.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made prior to vehicle pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations made prior to the dispatch of the carrier, minus any applicable fees.
No refunds will be issued once the vehicle has been picked up by the carrier.
10. Limitation of Liability
BLU SPIRIT LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific shipment in question.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which BLU SPIRIT LLC is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or the services provided by BLU SPIRIT LLC shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitration shall take place in the state in which BLU SPIRIT LLC is headquartered.
